Worst service nedbank won’t close my account

Worst bank ever . I regret every moment of changing banks . Myself and my husband have tried to close our cheque accounts . There is no over draft facility . You call the call centre they say go to the branch , we took time off work to go to the bank to get told the call centre needs to do it . I was not able to be given a reference at the branch . Every time I call and they send the approve it message they won’t call back . Yet as I do not use it and I have requested it to be closed the charges are recorded as a over draft facilty as they just take fees any time of the month .
