Worst service Nedbank

Michael Mabika at Nedbank unsatisfied service With Ms Govender not responding to my emails.

I am trying to settle my MFC account and Loan account. Mostly my loan account I have requested a discount on my loan amount on the settlement and ask them what discount they can offer me on my MFC, for the past 2 weeks almost the matter has been with management and they can't give me turn around time. I have been doing follow ups the past 3 days and no response to my emails
