Worst service nedbank

The service I received from nedbank is very disturbing I don't think I will ever be they client again they don't care or even prioritize their customers firstly I opened the business account at south gate last year and I never got Notification that the card has arrived until after weeks I followed up only to be told that sometimes system doesn't send notifications but whose job it is to make sure customers are informed you can't blame system someone needs to take accountability and make it done secondly the app wasn't linked to the card I went to south gate several times but they couldn't assist thirdly March I had some family emergency but couldn't deposit funds that month mabesi sello did contact me regarding that I told her I will deposit soon but the next thing I checked it was closed I never got last minute notification or warning to try save it from being closed fourthly I requested if it can be reopened I was advised it impossible fine I need to move on and I need my business records so I contacted mabesi sello my business relationship banker via email she never responded until I call her she told me she did send an email which I never received she doesn't me she can't send my bank statement for closed account I need to go inside any nedbank branch so it can be retrieved nothing else is required then I was passing by Westonaria after supply meeting I decided to go inside nedbank branch after waiting in the line for about 45 min the tell advised she cant assist me and referred me to branch manager for assistance when I go in her office she told me she can't print statement for me because it about 15 statements she normally charges same amount for it so she is sending an email to south gate branch to mabesi sello to ask her how it normally done on they side she can't call because they in the meeting she will call me later during the day to come back and get help until today this moment am with my business transaction ever since business started I don't have records if it required money why wasn't it communicated with me in time so I can pay whatever is due to you so I can get my records I can't be advised to go in any nedbank then when I get there am taken back and forward Lerato Mikosi *** *** *** Di ya wele catering/eatery Account number ***
