Worst service I've ever received

My attorneys requested bond cancelation figures from Nedbank on the 23/10/2023 and were told the process take 3-4 business days. 1 week later we did not get any updates and requested the figures again. today is the 02/11/2023 and we still do not have any figures. I called a few minutes ago and requested to speak to a manager. I was put through to Wesley Ndawo who handled the call very poorly and from his lack of professionalism I could pick up he is not a manager. He promised to get a manager to call back and needless to say I am still waiting. Honestly I feel like the one star given for this was way too generous
