Worst service iv ever seen

We got there 10:40, when I noticed it was 11:30 and we were still standing outside not being attended to. Waiting on a not so long queue to be let in. Old people were insulted when they started screaming and complaining. We went there on Tuesday and Monday, they were offline but let us stand in queue for an good 30mins before coming to tell us.I don't know who the branch manager is but they should surely be replaced. Clients are not a priority at this bank. I'm taking my money elsewhere.
