WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!!

Worst bank ever!! They freeze your account without notice and then you cannot get hold of them!!! I have tried about 10 times every time being cut off, held on the line for over 20 minutes to get feedback, only to get told the person who I need to speak to has gone home at 3:51pm. Worst customer service!!!! Frustrating is not even the correct word to use. I will be cancelling my services and closing my BRAND new account with Nedbank!!!!!! They don't give a **** about their customers!
