Worst Service imaginable

The worst bank in the history of the world....by far. Invested funds on a fixed deposit Jan 2023 for 1 year. Got an SMS late Dec that I should give instruction on what should happen to the funds on maturity. Could not give notice online, the app doesn't work and their "call centre" couldn't assist. All because I don't have another account but only the investment. Visited the local branch in Dec and Jan 24. They assured me that the funds including interest will pay to my bank account at FNB on the maturity date. Low and behold.... the funds in now on a 32day notice account because no instruction was given. Immediate access will result in a penalty, so I've got no other option to wait another month for my own money. In hindsight, I should have invested with my own bankers even at the lower interest they offered because this absolute abomilation and disgraceful service wasn't worth it.
