Worst service from nedbank syndicate

I am really shock that our personal account information is shared and monitored by Nedbank staff from the recoveries and complaints department and the fact that they are working hand in hand to mess my life up and this is a personal attack.

When the lady Kim Pillay called and said I want to help you but few months down the line I'm in a worst position due to her miss lead me in so many ways and the and the other staff from recoveries larfing and making a fool out of me. I have most of they names I have also logged a complaint and have a case number but even xoli from the complaints is refusing to return my call for the last to weeks with the seriousness of Kim Pillay miss leading me and canceling my arrangements so that I get be push down to legal and occur lawyers fees

This syndicate works hand in hand and really ****ing customers like us over they are also not afraid of us going to the ombudsman because they have contacts there to unfortunately

No justice just like how absa ****med me its now happing with Nedbank account this is crazy

I have stressed the fact xoli hanling the case but she is avoiding me for some reason that this syndicate is effective my credit score

They blocked my accounts and made me open new accounts they insist on sending me statements when I have not requested them

They cut the calls all the time on me because I'm asking valid questions has a customer

I have had money in my account for the debit arrangement to go off but did because Kim got It guys to cancel it on the personal loan so the money was in the account up until the 9th of April I even called in and advise them that the money is still there but no response but when I took 200 from the money on the 10th bang bang bang the system message are coming from recoveries unpaid unpaid messages coming today the 11th of April so clearly someone is tracking out personal information.

I hope that this review gets to the Ceo of nedbank because the certain nedbank staff from all division Have created a syndicate to ***** customers and nedbank over.

I am dissatisfied consumer and tired of been messed around by the banks process that are not been followed.
