WORST SERVICE FROM NEDBANK MFC

Made an arrangement with Ravan, their consultant on the 6th Jan to pay the outstanding arrears of R6029.37 in 3 months as we all had a tough 2020.But today I got a call from their collections department that I must pay the money all at once(rude manner). When I try to call this Ravan person I cant get hold of him the last call made I held for more that 30 minutes. The service sucks and I would not advise anyone to ever use their services they are the worst.

So when has this arrangement changed? Someone call me.
