WORST SERVICE FROM NEDBANK INSURANCE

Worst service from Nedbank Home Insurance AGAIN!! Logged a new claim in many years for a geyser leaking a week ago. They got plumbers out same day and said it will be fixed same day or the next day! Phoned twice, said they will call back they are offline. How can a bank be offline for a whole day? No one phones back as they say they will. Now I have to deal with plumbers directly, but I am insured with Nedbank. Absolutely SHOCKING experience!!!!
