Worst service from Nedbank arcadia

I have never received any bad services in any south Africa before like I did in Nedbank today I regret even thinking of it as my bank. I had issues with my card on the ATM and I had to walk in for assistance but I waited on a help desk without any assistance or greetings from any of their staff I was just waiting there on the entrance like a fool for long until I just saw its useless waiting, I had to leave without any assistance due to their unwelcoming services
