Worst service from Nedbank and Tymebank

On the 29 May 2025 at about 17:00PM i made a cash withdrawal of R3650.00 at a Nedbank ATM in emalahleni Mpumalanga and the atm was faulty and the money could not come out i tried pulling out the money of which i could only take out R1300.00 and the rest was swallowed back.

i thought the rest of the money would come out if i made another withdrawal of R100.00 but nothing came out.

I had to pay my Rent of R4000.00 and i still need to pay R2000.00 i am now forced to make another partial payment that the land lord forced me or else i need to move out with my baby of 10 months and my 6 year old son these atms are filled every week and when i called Tymebank to ask for proper proof the said i should wait 5-7 working days how do i explain all this to my landlord
