Worst service from my private banker.

Worst service from my private banker. Janice Govender. They changed 2 great bankers that I had in the past. Sindi Zuma and Wilson Matlala. I have sent emails to her and her manager about my concerns and no one responds. I called the call centre and the refer me back to her manager who is on leave. I have both my personal and business account with this bank and I am so frustrated.

Please may someone help me. The thought of changing banks is nauseating, especially during this time.
