Worst service from claims department

I am dissapointed with the service received from Nedbank home owner insurance.i logged a claim,claim nrC*** for a gate motor that closed and damaged my vehicle while driving in my yard,this gate motor was installed by their service provider in March 2019.theservice provider ,1st tek came through and just reset the gate motor and they together with Nedbank claims department,are distancing themselves from the damages to my vehicle.
