WORST SERVICE FOM PHUMLA SITHOLE

PHUMLA SITHOLE should be fired! I have never experienced such disrespect on a call. Please listen to the call! This is by far the worst service ever! She told me why am I driving my car if I can't pay it... proceeded to insult me and spoke down on me when I told her I've been unemployed and already made an arrangement!!! I DONT KNOW IF MFC AND NEDBANK KNOW THE SORT OF CALIBRE OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE ON CALLS. I WANT A CALL BACK FROM A MANAGER AND DEMAMD AN APOLOGY FROM THAT RUDE PHUMLA SITHOLE!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER
