Worst Service

I spoke to Darshan on the 9/4/2025 1:59pm regarding unpaid magtape item *** & 12B account, he promised to give feedback the 10/4/2025 however to date i have not received any feedback. today i called and spoke to Kamogetsi Seotloe she confirm that Darshan log the query under credit card instead of MiGoals. Bad service i received from her, she promised me that i will get feedback within 2-3 working days. I called complaints line they pretend as if they cannot hear me. That is the worst service i ever got, i only need feedback regarding those transactions. Nedbank business structure it does not align with customer needs
