WORST SERVICE FAULTY ATM

I'm horrified at the service I received at Nedbank Cavendish Square. The ATM is problematic and this is known to the branch. I tried to deposit R1300 into my account in the middle of the transaction tge ATM switch off. I now been told to wait 5 working days for my money. TO ADD ON I AM WAITING ON A QUE FOR THE LAST 40MIN.I TOLD THEM I ON A LUNCH BREAK BUT NO ONE CARES. I do not have money for petrol to go home. No one cares. How do you let customers us this ATM when you know that it faulty. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CLIENT IN ME. THIS IS THE WORST AND PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS
