Worst Service Experience Ever

My experience with AVO has been nightmarish. I placed an order for an XBOX Series S on AVO's App three weeks ago but did not receive an order confirmation. However funds were transferred to their account and my bank shared proof of this. After 3 weeks of calling AVO every day with the worst customer service experience imaginable, i instructed AVO to just cancel the order and process a refund. This after it took 2 weeks for them to confirm receipt of funds and then almost 5 days back and forth to just confirm the order. Now am saying prayers every day just to get a confirmation email for the refund.

Worst service experience ever!! and not a peep from anyone at AVO to explain what is going on.
