Worst Service experience by Nedbank business reg division

I've attempted to register a company with Nedbank for months now,did the online application process on their businesses registration page and paid for the service then I had to chase after them since. I've tried calling,emailing,requesting call backs and nothing is happening.I'm starting to wonder if they even know what they are doing.all I've received was a mail from a noreply email stating that my names were rejected and a link to load other names but the very same link rejects my ref number provided by them. My experience with Nedbank has been sickening! I cannot move forward with my business admin as the first stage is delayed and they don't even care enough to pick up the phone and call or take two minutes to respond to my mail.it's really sad how such a huge organization could treat a person this way.This is why I never bank with Nedbank.Out of all the bad experiences I've had with them this one takes the cake!!!
