Worst service ever on settlement letters

A settlement letter request is too much for the a national bank to handle. It apparently requires up to 48 business hours just to get a letter to settle Nedbank loans. I requested a letter that expires in 48 hours and they aim to send in 96 hours due to the request being on Thursday and they don’t work on Saturdays, so now I have to wait for Monday. My life must wait for processes that have nothing to do with me. What terrible service, there are no managers or leaders at Nedbank, just systems and processes. I curse the day I chose to use their card.
