worst service ever no banking ethics

I have been on the phone for one hour forty minutes getting transfered from one dept to another dept every person you speak to is in a call centre and cannot make a decission when you eventually get through to someone with any substance then they go back on what they arranged with you even though you have voice recordings worst company ever to deal with
