Worst service ever in the world so frustrating

Worst worst client service ever in sa!! Gosh nedbank is a nightmare, a horror movie with no end. Nedbank cost me over R150 worth of airtime that was all futile! No answer from the morning gosh do you guys have one consultant working on a Saturday???!!! Your money app Lord help me!!! So so frustrating, I cannot even add a recipient?! Says you are not authorized to make sensitive transactions!!! Really really really like what the heck man, no ****** joy with nedbank, what is going on!!!!! There should be a separate number for money app queries, people come on man gosh, nedbank makes me Wana punch the wall!!!!
