Worst Service Ever From Nedbank and it’s *********** Consultants!!!!!

Nedbank should fire all the consultants and close off the business because clearly they have no idea of what’s what. I have been running around like a headless chicken because of their incompetence. I paid up my overdraft in August but was debited again in September. I've spoken to over 30 consultants about getting a refund and every consultant tells me a different story. I am very furious about the service that I received especially since it was n error on your end.

They keep telling to go to the branch and when I do, the people at the branch say they don’t deal with such! I wasted my petrol twice going to the branch already. Nedbank get your act together! Your staff is so ***********, I cannot be transferred around while everyone works there. How can you have employees that do not know which department deals with what!!! It is embarrassing to say the least. I want my money, I am not willing to wait any longer. I have been patient enough!
