Worst service ever - Estate

My mother passed away almost two years ago. Nedbank was quick to assure us they will handle this estate, but lost all interest in the meantime. Only receive feedback every time I call a senior executive. Estate almost two years old and still wondering when Nedbank will come to the party and do their job. Would not recommend Nedbank estate services to anyone
