Worst service ever

Today i accompanied my sister at Nedbank Soshanguve crossing to open an estate late account for her late husband. This is now the second month since we've started the process and we're being sent from pillar to post. We are from Swaziland and my bother i law was using Nedbank for his salary. My sister was told to bring the death certificate, Marriage certicate, letter of authority, her identification document and that of her late husband's. My sister came to south africa on a 30 days visitation permit to sort out this matter. Now Nedbank says they cant open an estate account because her passport doesnt have a permit. I've asked them what type of visa is required because she's only here to claim her husband's monies as they were mentioning work visas and study visas.she was advised to go to FNB for assistance.
