WORST SERVICE EVER

Been waiting 9 days for my replacement card and right now I cannot access any banking not internet or my banking app, since I DO NOT HAVE A CARD, and this so called top of the line platinum card, their service its a farce and the most disgustingly poor service I have ever encountered.
