Worst service ever

I am honestly so tired of dealing with Nedbank, it was the worst decision to go with them. First they kept on debiting on the wrong date, and then use that as an excuse for why they won't refund me when I actually need the money for a medical procedure. Each consultant that I've dealt with has been so unprofessional and no one actually knows what the hell they are doing.
