Worst service ever

I app**** for a personal loan with Mbonseni on the phone over 2 weeks ago. He refuses to answer any of my email. I sent my contract through and since then I have not received anything. Yesterday I called Nedbank and the lady said that she confirmed with him that the payment was done yesterday and that it should be in my account today. Today I have not received anything. I called again today and spoke to a consultant with the name of Kyle, he informed me that the loan has ended and can see that no funds are in it. He also tried to speak to Mboniseni 3 times who was available but he also did not get any feedback from him. I have never in my life struggled this much with a loan application. This is beyond ridiculous
