Worst service ever

Worst service ever received from Vaal mall branch i needed assistance in resetting n pin on a card and the lady that work there just told me they cant assist me as they dont have a machine to reset the pin and that i need to get a new card i told them and showed them the letter of authority from my father in law who is currently in a nursing home as he needs 24hr help his card is blocked and i need it to be sorted as i cant buy him his nappies
