worst service ever

made 3 transfers from my Nedbank account to my standard bank account,1 for R820, second for 350 and a pays hap payment of 350 on the 24th of February 2024, two payments went through for 320 and 820, and it was received on my standard bank account. However, the pays hap 350 payment was never received till today I have called Nedbank on numerous occasions with no help I want this money reserved or paid into my account ASAP how is it that Nedbank says they can't trace the money from their bank are they running a **** or what. Please refund my money. ***
