Worst service ever

Worst ever Nedbank is in Shelly Centre Shelly Beach My dad had to go to collect his new bank card, he is 80 years old and had to stand outside for an hour without assistance. He then demanded a seat has he could no longer stand, he was ushered inside and given a seat another hour past before someone assisted him (there was only 4 customers inside the bank). The lady seem to feel upset that she had to work through a pile of cards to enable her to issue his to him. He was told to collect his second card at the locker. Once again no assistance was received, he did not know where the locker was upon asking he was just told it is outside. Seriously there is no compassion for the elderly at this branch. And the service is definitely lacking and management is non existing. Shocking to say the least
