Worst service ever

Had the worst experience with Nedbank, I opened my Nedbank account 4 months back and they've been charging me more than R300 on pay as you use account. so I went to Nicolway branch to upgrade my account to savvy account and yesterday i found out that my account was not upgraded which means they will continue charging me over R300 in bank charges and yesterday I called to block 1of my credit card and the consultant blocked both of them without my consent. I've had it with Nedbank with their bad and disgusting customer service and over charges
