WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give a ZERO (0), I would. Service has been terrible. I have never ever in my life experienced such terrible client service. If the product I'm applying for is declined then tell me......don't keep me hanging for a week. I've been calling Nedbank every single day with no outcomes. I will never refer anyone to Nedbank. Nedbank is going to lose so many customers if they continue this service.
