Worst service ever

My father has been trying to get hold of someone in the customer service department for months. He has been a loyal client of Nedbank. Has an account and a bond. He is in America and Nedbank has not assisted him. Nobody seems to be able to help so he is now wanting to contact the legal dept which also seems to be yet another challenge.
