Worst Service Ever

We waited ar reception for half and hour and they told us the lady is on lunch and can’t do anything about it.

I also called in to get through to someone that can assist me to get someone at reception and they were so rude when I was still talking they put me on hold and put me over to so many people that wasn’t even working on the campus, when I asked to talk to a manager they couldn’t put me through because they can’t see the problem.

Eventually after half an hour of waiting someone comes here walking on her time and hasn’t even apologized to us for waiting half an hour.

This is the most disgusting service I’ve ever received at a bank.
