Worst Service Ever

I've been unemployed since end February 2022. I immediately contacted Nedbank via e-mail and asked them for a payment freeze term, they have responded that they have received my e-mail and I assumed it was all in order as I have not heard anything else from them since. Friday a week ago I received a registered letter with a number that does not exist and an email address that is incorrect, after numerous calls I was informed that a Percy Leolo is handling my account. I have received an encrypted mail from Percy this week, I answered and asked for a little leniency as my house is in the market and on show this weekend. 4 days later and no response. In the meantime all available income I have had were transferred into my "frozen" nedbank account, even my SARS refund. Cherry on the cake today i receive 3 x letters from Nedbank, one dated 20/06, the following 01/07 and the last one 08/07 stating that attorneys want to attach my house? I informed Nedbank immediately of my situation, I changed my contact details and was never even called but oh boy they want to proceed with attachment????? No communication and all of a sudden 3 x letters on one day. I've been a professional banking client and since my troubles started my banker resigned and i've been sent from Pillar to Post with no professional banker at all. If leniency and loyalty means anything to Nedbank can someone kindly contact me to set an arrangement into place?
