Worst service ever

Worst service ever received from a financial institution. They are quick to call you when you in arrears but when you pay your loan up to date and request that they update your account or have a query then no one can respond. When I used to be in arrears I used to get calls 10 times a day from Nedbank to pay my account but now that I need assistance from them there is no one to assist. I have been waiting since the 24th April for feedback on a query with nedbank personal loans and still to date no feedback give. My credit score is affected negatively because they have not updated their systems. I have sent countless email requesting feedback but no one ever responds or calls back. This is very bad.
