Worst service

The worse service, i honestly do not regret moving back my salary from Nedbank to AbSa. Got a call around 23th June to upgrade my credit card from gold to premium, cards ordered same day.the headache of waiting for mear cards for a month? Everytime i ask on the app (chatting ?) I am told the cards are be delivered in 3 working days, I see that the option on activate them on my app but no cards in hand nor branch and will be charged definitely for the. Imagine?
