Worst service at Nedbranch

I've never left this Nedbank branch happy with their service. This morning we had to wait for an hour just to get served. I kept complaining amd they told me that their system is slow, mind you there were 4 empty work stations. I told the lady that there are elderly people standing on the line but still nothing happened. I mean that's really so unfair to us. Other branches have sits where you just sit and wait for your number to be called, but on this 1 we had to stand the entire time. The branch is in Pietermaritzburg at the corner of church and commercial street.
