Worst service at Nedbank Middleburg Mall.

The service at Nedbank Middleburg Mall is absolutely horrible. Waiting for someone to help you at the front desk for 10 to 15 minutes then sitting in the queue for another 30 to 40 minutes all while carrying a large sum of money. The staff is unfriendly and definitely not very helpful, they would rather stand around and chat with their colleagues than assist customers. Seems nobody likes working here, the attitudes of some of these people are probably the worst.
