Worst service and bank

Worst Bank ever Nedbank Newmarket Mall, staff unfriendly oneday you walkin no problem, other days you get asked questions.. the staff kmows me very well but still go through the same service everytime, im currently sirting in the branch wsiting to be served, only to counters available, to serve A tickets E tickets and T tickets this is pathetic service for month end.. i dont use Atm because always a problem with notes. Ppl go in thr lunchtimes to go to banks but only 2 staff on duty.. pathetic
