Worst service

My name is flagged on ITC for a personal loan Ive been trying for months to either get a debit order to go off or to get an account number to make a payment only to find out that the loan flagged on my name isnt mine! The person loan legal department and nedbanks attorneys confirmed that but the branch is saying it is in my name. I have been sent from one department to another with not one person willing to assist the service is pathetic i work in customer service n what i received is the worst customer journey ever
