worst service

I paid off my loan with nedbank in November 2014, Nedbank had a judgement on my name, till today the judgement is still not removed, I lost and opportunity for employement because of this judgment, I called the legal department and I told by Claudine they will sort it out, to date nothing has been done, I called yesterday spoke to Fikileni who promised to call me with feed back today before nine, and she has not hourned her promise, I cant wait any longer for something that was suppoused to be done last year already, the service is pathetic, I need feedback on this matter, Im available on my cell after 5, alternative email [Email Removed]
