Worst service

I am so disappointed in your service . I was on the ATM trying to deposit some money so that I can play lotto amd your ATM swallowed my money .

The branch consultant did not show any empathy on assisting . She just pointed to the tollfree number and said call .

I am very disappointed as I was looking toward to playing lotto games . I am disappointed so much maybe Ithuba gave you mandate that I must not play lotto based on my previous experience wiry them . I am so so disappointed
