Worst service

I have a Nedbank account that has been on hold since June / July 2023. My app profile was suspended. Eventually I was told to go into the branch which I did.

I went into the branch the app was sorted but still the account was on hold.

I then phoned into the ***** department they advised me to email the investigator which I did on the 9th of may. Today is the 24th of may until today no response from anyone.

I feel this is rather pathetic and rather unprofessional from Nedbank.
