Worst Service

Nedbank called to offer an amex card. I took the card and hardly used it. There was ***** on the card and I cancelled the card. I have been trying to reverse the charges for 13 months now. Every time I get a call from a new person and go through the same process. I have several ref numbers for it. I have called them numerous times and have gone into the branch. Now they have handed the matter over. Really pathetic
