WORST SERVICE!!!!!!

I have experienced the worst service ever from Nedbank a product called “my bonus” I have been waiting for my money since the 15th of December I was told I will only get it in the new year !!!! Don’t use Nedbank or JLT it’s a Scaaaaam!!!!!!!!imagine fighting for your own money ,it’s my savings but they refusing to release my funds due to errors that happened or negligence on their end
