NEDLIFE making unauthorized debit orders

I've been trying to cancel my life cover with Nedlife group from October 2020. They have been sending me from pillar to post. As if that is not enough, they have been debiting my account twice, when I try to reverse the debit order I can't and the bank tells me only NEDLIFE can reverse and block the debit orders. I did not AUTHORISE THE DEBIT ORDER!! This is blatant *****ing from customers who can't afford their products in the midst of a pandemic.
