Worst service

Nedbank is the worst in terms of service, their business bank is no different from their other divisions. I got to the bank 5 consultant empty, 3 assisting clients & only 4 clients in the bank it took 15min to get assistance. Consultant with no name badge, did not talk or smile how am I suppose to continue doing business with a bank that treats me like this?
