Worst Service

<p>I have a Hub account and Nedbank is part of them... I have been asking for help since January about my payments but it seems no one knows their jobs in that company so i go round and round in Circles... They cannot process my payment for my account which was done 01/06/2017 because it is not replecting on their side? but every other month it has been no problem? the only reason this month is a problem is because i asked for a statament... Another this - I paid an amount last year and they never processed it and claimed i never paid it after sending them proof of payment. I will be cancelling my hub account because of your poor bad service your employees give out with an attitude as if they are doing us a favour. I AM SO VERY GLAD I DONT BANK WITH YOU!!! I am a happy customer at Capitec....</p>
